collpased forcing the firefighter and his partner to make a hasty retreat to a
RIT escape ladder. Listen closely and you can hear the evacuation tone being
signaled on the portable radio! Then only when the evacuation order was given a
second time did firefighters fall back. One has to question why firefighter
ignored the evacuation order!
